After a couple of flights (with some right k*** heads) and a cheeky bus journey then ferry ride we pulled into Koh Phangan at 8:30.Our accommadition was already sorted (Or - rawan). Pinocchio strikes again. It was basic, shower outside, and came with it's own households pets. Luke was only too pleased to peer at his right shoulder to find a cute little cockroach perched on top. Que two grown men to put on their little girl routine, whilst Matt in the shower heard the C word being banded around willy nilly. A ten minute man hunt followed ending with Luke cornering it in the toilet. 8 pounds of insect repellent, 3 pounds of sure, and a K-Swiss to the head an execution was achieved. During the mayhem, Chris did his banana skin impression and let the blanket on the floor get the better of him. Comical.

On the plus side Mr T, the owner /receptionist / maintenance man / taxi driver / waiter just to name a few, was a legend. The taxi ride in to town wasn't too far as long as you don't mind dropping off the odd Swedish sex tourist at a go go bar.

First night out to Haad Rin to see what the night life is all about. Loads of people and lots of fire all set on the beach. Flaming skipping rope is up there with the funniest things we have seen. Nothing like a drunk Bertie big ones trying to impress the ladies and getting some instant sun burn.

On a random note we bumped into our American friend from the trekking so have been chilling a lot with him.

The days in Koh Phangan have been basically filled by going from one paradise beach to another, dipping ourselves in crystal clear water, tanning on white sand and trying to wipe our now permanent fixed smiles from our faces. Don't think that will happen though.

In the evenings the Changs and the buckets are being sunk and a bloody good time is being had by all! We've hit a black moon party. Although the music was random (Bloody Thai Techno again) it was immense. Bubbles from little Britain was there..... putting it about KFC style.

Left Koh Phangan on Sunday for Koh Tao. We will be returning to Phangan on the 18th - staying in a 5 Star number right on the beach (push that boat out) - and gearing ourselves up for the full moon party. Rock and Roll.
