Having been right across from it the Clinton Presidential Library was a priority for us to see. First we saw moving dinosaurs in the front of the library which threw us but apparently they were holding a small exhibit within the library. There were two stories to the library. The first floor was simply the entrance and small portion of the tourist trap products. The second floor housed momentos from around the U.S., introductory video (and grammatical errors in the text - says Mike!(he reviewed it in Trip Advisor!)), recreation of the Oval Office and Cabinet Office, and a timeline of major world and political events for the years of Clintons presidency. The third floor contained the dinosaur exhibit and all of the State gifts.
Overall none of were as impressed with library as we were the Nixon Library. It was an impressive and was a green building which we appreciated. The difference we found was that there were a lot fewer artifacts from the early days of his campaign (Nixon's had the campaign car as well as his regular limousine) as well as any mention of the Lewinsky scandal and impeachment were absent from what we saw. For Mike and I it was a little underplayed at the very least given we could have missed it. I wouldn't say to not see if of course you are in the area but know that it's not on par with the one we have seen and those that we have heard about from close friends. - Carrie
