What an eventful day at the Arkansas State Capital! This is us at the Downtown Riverside RV park which was right on the Arkansas River. Right across the river was the Clinton Presidential Library and Park. We were parked directly below an old railroad bridge that was converted to a pedestrian bridge and lead directly to the library.
