Cam and De do Australia
Arriving in Coral Bay it was still school holidays and the place was packed out everywhere. This is a very popular holiday destination for families in WA and you can understand why. The caravan sites were pretty much across the road from the beach and the beach was beautiful! Although there were no spots available at any, so luckily we got a spot up on the oval. But for a small price of 38$ for literally a piece of grass, no water, no power it will certainly be only be one night in Coral Bay for us!
We quickly discovered why it was called Coral bay. The coral reefs were literally a few feet out from the shore when the tide was out and it was like looking into a big fish bowl. It was amazing to see these huge fish just swimming around all the little kiddies playing and splashing. Not a care in the world! I guess because the reefs are protected there was no threat for them but it still amazed me!
Over all Coral Bay was beautiful but busy.
A must if you had children, with lots of snorkelling and sandcastles being built they would never get bored!
