We passed over the Rockies through Ashley National Park to reach Rock Springs Wyoming by nightfall.
It was a long, 630 mile drive from Lake Powell and we narrowly missed a snow storm on the mountain before descending into Rock Springs to camp the night.
Today is a far shorter 250 miles or so to Yellowstone.
