Cuba - More than old cars
Not much to show for today. We visited the Barbara Hepworth Gallery Museum and Sculpture Garden which is in St. Ives. She was a fascinating woman who had many talents but eventually settled down to focus on sculptures both small and large. She worked with stone, wood, bronze and clay. She was basically a woman working in a man's world and it took a long time for her to become recognised.
We then wandered around St. Ives getting a feel for the place but unfortunately a heavy sea fog rolled in. The result was an eerie environment which had its own beauty.
We had also planned on visiting the Tate St. Ives but upon arrival found it was closed until next year.

roslyn1234 I spent a week of low smelly tide in that area. But dinner at high tide was always a bonus.
