Came back to earth a little today, drove 500km without much to see. We did pass some interesting landforms about 60-80km north of Winton, which I wished I’d stopped at. We had lunch at Combo Waterhole near Kynuna ... ’twas a bit warm and humid walking to it, but very cold in the water itself. Got some pretty good shots of a new raptor, possibly Black Kite, there, too.

Other than that, just driving straight and flat. But we’re in Cloncurry, camped amongst Bougainvilleas, feeling quite tropical, and looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.
