I'm in London still, though I'm a lot happier about it than The Waifs. Today we made it to St John Hotel for breakfast just minutes before end of service, we're getting pretty good with the tube eh? We didn't really have a plan apart from getting to that part of the world. A short stroll later and we realised M&M World was on the corner. The kids went nuts. I went off to look around for a little while, by the time I made it there Max was running at me screaming my name to come and check out all the cool stuff. I expect the NY is even better, but it was pretty cool in there.
Next we got to the National Gallery (though I thought it was the National Museum.) Happily they had lots of the artists housed on d'Orsay that we missed out on seeing in Paris. Unlike Paris though, strict no photography. I pulled off two sneaky iPhone grabs of the kids looking at Monet and Van Gogh before I was accosted :)
We had Big Bus tickets and hopped on to go around most of the city. Best thing we've done so far to get my bearings. All the little islands I've been popping up in via their tube stations finally started to stick together. We hopped off at Baker St.
Sherlock Holmes and the Beatles store were the highlights of Baker St. We walked down to Oxford into Selfridges, and the Disney store, more kid craziness. Along Regent St I found Churches and and got wrapped up in 3 pairs of shoes while the kids were with Gab doing round two of Hamley's. Luckily I decided Gab needed to approve any fashion choice, but by the time we got back to Churches they were closed for the day. I headed down Savile Row to see about getting myself a tie, they were all closed too. Back down to Liecester Square and along a bit I tracked down the Covent Garden Apple store. I can't believe this is the largest in the world, its bigger than Chatswood Chase but... I yet again resisted the iPad3 purchase and headed home.
Awesome weather again today, I predict cloudy and cold for Wednesday, would make leaving here a whole lot easier.

Helen aurischi Wow what an English adventure once more . Good resistance to shopping , even of they kept Closing ! Where to next ?
Brad I loved European attitude to alcohol, I bought a bottle of vodka at a servo at 9:30 in the morning just because I could :) The resistance to shopping didn't last long, I bought a pair of awesome brogue boots at Barkers in Knightsbridge last night.
