The Dachstein area in Austria, would have to be one of the most beautiful places i have visited. My only regret is not staying longer, a lot longer. This is one place that i will return to one day and spend a lot of time covering all the mountain villages. Plus the people here are so friendly. Its a 7 hour journey to Bled. My ride into Austria is by a mini bus. There are no buses that do this route, so you get a mini bus which is shared with others going in a similar direction. I had to share with some Chinese going to Obertraun. The journey was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of green scenery along the way.
