Everyone recommends the Lavendar Cafe...it's a nostril delight...well if you like the smell of Lavendar which I do....it was a scented mauve or is it purple experience....I said mauve tom said purple...what colour is Lavendar??
They had Lavendar products to buy....Lavendar scones, ice spcream....plus lots of other tastes treats....made me smile the bin bags in loo and loo colour is all Lavendar colour....if you stayed too long you'd dream of Lavendar....
The cream tea was lovely....
Well it was a kind of breakfast cream tea!!
We then drive a long time thru thick thick dense Bush land.....
How on earth did these settlers make they're way thru this thick woven jungle?
Got to Augusta....and tom was breathalised!..he'd on,y had coffee .....

Carol Lack I'm with you Sue. . .mauve. Having said that the rhyme says, 'Lavender's blue dilly dilly, Lavender's green. . .' but to complicate matters more ,I would say French lavender is purple and English verging more towards blue. Just agree to disagree as there are various lavenders! I'm getting the impression tea and cake are featuring a lot in the holiday . . . .along with the wine of course! x
Mary Oh lordy lord I woulda said mauve looking at the ball of wool on the table behind you! As for being breathalysed eeek beware all things in Shadesof Purple bottle! xx

Helen I would love the lavender cafe! Bought some drops a while back to help me sleep as it is renowned for that but didn't work for me! I still believe it is very relaxing and love the smell. Would definitely have come away buying a few of their products.
