Breathalised again.....that three times in two weeks....tom must hold the record!
The last today was at ten in the morning.....
I think my cousin mike made the comment"is it to do with his driving?".....ha ha....
This has been a pleasant stay...cabin on the beach.....bluer than blue seas....
The usual wind of course...wind has followed us since we left heathrow!!
But lovely hot weather so the wind has been pleasant until the afternoon when it seems to build up to a mini gale!.....I love the vastness of this coast......you drive along a straight road miles upon miles.....just bushland....the seaside places are sleepy.....very sleepy......after leaving Perth and the never ending coastline of new houses being built you suddenly leave all that behind and enter a different landscape which constantly brings me back to the same question....." how on earth did the early settlers make their way thru all this thick bushland?".....
Snakes seem to be on my mind....apart from seeing one...my neighbor in the cabin next door told me to watch wear I'm walking as it's the mating season and they are edgy.....edgy?.........then later today we were up by geraldton along a back grit road and there was a sign ...drive careful...pythons crossing road...protected species....so up until a week ago I hadn't even thought of snakes....but hey equally I'd never thought tom would be breathalised three times eh!!!
Life's pretty good for the Bogans in Australia.....apart from our surname which is Australian slang for an "uncouth beer swilling person lacking culture"......anyway it makes folk laugh when I say" we are the Bogans"!!!!!!!!

Helen The photo is breathtaking. Don't blame you for getting nervy about snakes - I would too. That is so funny about the surname! Wonder what ours would translate?
