In to the Disneyland Park at 9 this morning. Back to check-in to the Hotel New York and get ridiculously excited about a hotel room and some soft fluffy towels. All we could eat "Dinner with the Disney characters" at Inventions. Fun Disney Day!

We had a long, long drive today. There was a Happy Box of Haribo and a promise that if everyone finished the work on their list there would be a movie..... and no more school until after Christmas! The work was finished in record time. We made it through the crazy Paris traffic and we are camped out in the Disneyland Paris car park listening to Christmas carols, ready to hit the park as soon as we can tomorrow - hurrah!

After a morning of learning we caught the bus into Bordeaux to find the Christmas markets. After some yummy pastries and vin chaud we managed to make a good start on the Christmas shopping before heading back to the campsite with our purchases on 'the worst bus journey ever' - glad to eventually arrive back in Bob safe and sound.

We were all really tired today after our late night in the Casco Viejo last night. We headed first to San Sebastian (for coffee and croissants in a Park and Ride car park) and then on to Biarritz (to gawk at the humungous waves that people were surfing and squeeze Bob through the cosiest-fitting tunnel yet) before finally parking up just outside Bourdeaux for the night.
