¡Hola todos!

My journey is coming to a close! I have one more week in Europe and then I´ll be headed home! I have this week of class, and a final on Friday!

This weekend was nice and relaxing! Friday we went out for a traditional Spanish paseo.....and didn´t come home until after breakfast :o) the next morning! It was a looot of fun, and I had a very nice siesta on Saturday. My family took a trip to the country this weekend, and I think some of them went to the beach as well, so I was left with the house to myself on Saturday evening. Saturday, my friend Stephanie and I walked around Sevilla and did some shopping and stopped for dinner around 9ish at our favorite little pizzeria. Then we met up with some friends and spent the rest of the evening near the Alameda. This is a large open area where a lot of younger people spend their evenings, but on Saturday it was the location of some of the international music festival that was going on. We got to see a lot of bands and we especially liked the flamenco performances. There were even little girls dancing flamenco and they were soooo cute :o)! We turned in pretty early Saturday evening after all festivities of Friday and we knew we were getting up early to head to the beach on Sunday. Sunday we took the train to Cadiz and spent the day soaking up the sun :o) It was nice because the water was so warm but still refreshing from the hot sun. (Yeeeeeeeeeess....I wore my sunscreen ;o) I have actually yet to burn...I´ve been very good about it, promise!

Stephanie´s parents arrived last night and I´m going to meet them later today! There apartment is actually verrrry close to where I live now, so it won´t be such a huge hassle lugging all of my stuff to their place for the weekend. We´re going to lunch tomorrow to talk about Morocco, so I´ll let you know the update on that when I know!

My teacher from the last session, Ana, the one we all loooooooooved has invited our class over for a BBQ at her house today, so we´re getting ready to head that way. Hope you are all doing well! I miss you and cannot wait to be with you!
