Hola todos! In case any of you did not here the great news, I made it! I am finally in Sevilla and I love it! :o) It is beautiful and I will be uploading pictures very soon! It was quite the adventure getting here!

My flight from Philadelphia to Lisbon, Portugal was delayed by about 3 hours because the plane that we had boarded had an oil leak, so we were all asked to move to another plane and of course those Spaniards are never in a hurry for anything so that took even LONGER! But nevertheless, we made it Lisbon but I missed my connecting flight to Sevilla that morning. SSoo...they put me on a plane from Lisbon later that afternoon to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Sevilla. I arrived at my hotel at 10pm that night and got settled the best I could because I was exhausted! My roommate was nice she was from USC, but grew up in Allentown, PA. The next morning we all had interviews and a few information sessions, receivd our class schedules and finished up registration stuff. And then we got to shop around a little! I found the cutest pair of little shoes for Clara and whoever else has a little girl :o) I figured they could be passed around! But I think, if they will fit her, they will match perfectly with her dress for Darci´s wedding!

Then last night we of course went out on the town and had a grand time :o) I am making a lot of friends I feel like my Spanish is already getting better! So then today we had to be checked out of our hotel rooms at 9:30 and then we went a very loooooonnng walking tour of Sevilla. It was fun but I am exhausted! We passed city hall and one of the big cathedrals probably 5 or 6 times and each time there was a new wedding procession coming out so of course I loved that! And, then this afternoon we were picked up from the study center by our homestay. This is unbelievable, but I am staying in the exact same place that my friend Melissa stayed while she was here this semester! Isn´t that crazy? So far it´s pretty sweet. They have wireless and my room is cute. And there is a girl in my program who lives in the same complex and our bedroom windows are right across from eachother! And we have class at the same time so we´ll be able to walk together which is nice :o)
