We woke up this morning, and I have to confess, I had a slight hangover, not sure about Marie, but she was quiet to say the least. But you have to get back on the wagon, and today was so nice. So we decided we would make use of the camps new pool and hot tub. It was 25 degrees so what better chance would we get. We got McDonald's for breakfast, which never gets old, especially with all day breakfast out here. We sat outside in the sun and ate it and then went to purchase some sun cream, a wise decision after Washington. We also got some pineapple Fanta. We then headed back to camp and sunbathed for 3/4 hours and I caught up again on my reading, second book now already and I only bought 3. Might have to acquire another one. I sat in the pool and read in there while marie napped, shock that, and then headed over to the hot tub, and the water was just perfect. So after all our hard work sunbathing, we went to get dinner, and we had been told about a place called mission BBQ at Opry Mills and so we decided to try it out. It was like fast food, BBQ, it was unbelievable, I find myself only talking about the food out here, but it's just so good. I had beef brisket and Marie had pulled chicken, and we were both really pleased with the meal. After the food we headed back to our camp and nearby there was mini golf, so we decided to have Marie's second experience of mini golf. It was great, there was even one of the holes was in a shack and the ball went down 2 storeys to the hole. It's all about the little things. We both hit a couple of holes in one, and after 2 18 hole courses, we decided to shoot back to camp to bed, heading south tomorrow.
