We got home safe and sound today. It was a long journey home, we don't care for layovers, but when you get a plane ticket as cheap as we did, you take what you can get. As much fun as it was being in the sun and drinking all day yesterday, we were excited to get out and do some more activities today. We booked an excursion where we got to do three different things, we chose a cave hike, a swim in an underground natural pool, and a visit to a man-made waterfall, and drive along the coast to see a different part of the Caribbean Sea. Today was a pretty laid back day. We were super tired from our excursion the day before, so we slept so well! We made it! It was quite a long flight, and usually I can sleep anywhere, but the flight seemed extra long because I couldn't sleep for very long. But no matter, after traveling all through the night, it felt great to finally get to our resort.
