After a 6 hour overnight flight, we made in into Costa Rica bright and early this morning! Our view from our room is amazing! I was hoping that since we are on our honeymoon, the resort might upgrade our room, but it was not necessary because our room is perfect. But, they did give us a bunch of freebies such as a free couples massage, free private dinner by the beach, and we are part of their "Preferred Club" which means we get access to some special places on the resort, like a bar with premiere liquors, free cabana rentals, and first priority at some of the restaurants. Pretty cool I must say. And even on top of that, this is an all-inclusive resort, so 24 hour room service, open bar all day (several bars, including a swim up bar) a restocked mini-bar in our room, and 6 restaurants on the resort. Today was just a relaxing day, because we booked a tour to Nicaragua tomorrow, and it will be a very long day. We hung out in the pool, got some drinks, and went kayaking. We also had dinner at one of the fancier restaurants here - Jaime said it was one of his best meals ever in his life! Super excited about our upcoming week here in paradise! Everything is beautiful and perfect.
