So after the long bus journey, we arrived in Vang Vieng. We then got a tuktuk (or should I say, they squeezed the whole bus into two tuktuks!!) where I had to stand on the back, to the guesthouse. So we arrived in Laos, and after getting our visas we headed to the hotel. The next day was the start of the lunar new year (paii mai). Which basically meant the streets were one massive water fight.
