Ah, these days of leisure. I was able to sit all afternoon for, sometimes, up to 10 whole minutes at a time. The rest of the time I was loading a washer, unloading the washer, loading a dryer, unloading the dryer, hanging shirts, folding underwear. The highlight of my day was when, unbeknownst to me, I dropped one of my dirty skivvies on the floor, and a woman (another camper) came through the laundry room and pointed out to me that someone dropped their shorts. I waited until she left before I went over and picked them up. Ya gotta have a sense of humor. I’m planning to buy a sense of humor from Sears, as soon as my next Social Security check comes.

Meanwhile, Barbara was having fun, too. Not as much as I was, of course, what with flaunting my underwear to the world, but she was cleaning the RV. When I got back with the clean clothes, the floor nearly blinded me, it was so shiny. Cabinets had been cleaned and reorganized to make more sense and make things easier to find. (Note: I figure I’ll have found everything by the time we get home. Right now, I’m looking for my clean skivs.)
