Got a phone call today from Steve, he'd just managed 40km more with a really bad knee. Lisa went to pick him up, he's back now and struggling like mad. Hugh is out there alone now soldiering on with a few blisters. I really hope my feet are good by Tuesday as I need to get back out and meet Hugh. Started out at 06:00 Friday 20th September. Great send off from friends and staff from PMH themselves including Stitches (PMH mascot). The Bibbulmun foundation rangers were telling us parts of the track are waist high in water. So we've been told not to veer off.
