So up early this morning. Hugh's back was playing up so he rested! Myself and Steve went out and walked The Knoll, great coastal section of the Bibbulmun. Picked the rods up and went to catch some bream. It's been a bit of a rest day due to still carrying injuries. It's been hot this past couple of days, so yes I'm burnt (Rochdale Red)... Heels have started to crack now so going to try sort them out! Night folk!

Last few days have been really hard with the track. Trees are blown over and some markers have gone, quite dangerous really. Feet are sore as again. We all decided to get to Walpole and stay at the lodge a few days extra to heal the feet! What an awesome place Walpole is, great little town. Walpole Lodge where we are staying is the bomb.
