Day 8
Photo tagline "From where you'd rather be"
Today was our last day in Tel Aviv for the time being. I woke up late again and headed to get yet another nutritious breakfast, this time a Shwarma with Gav. We then made our way to the beach, which was the most packed I had ever seen it.
We thought we would never get a decent spot. But have no fear, the chair selling guys are here. After telling them we would like a seat they pulled up two chairs right on the water (see picture). It was the best day on the beach so far
Hopping off our lounge chairs, jumping in the water and back onto our chairs was our plan of action for the day which we put into place numerous
times. Whilst sitting there we ran into Kilov, Segal, Browney and Israelson who had landed earlier in the afternoon. After hoping the sun would never go down, it eventually did and we decided to head home.
For dinner we headed out to grab some burgers at yet another of Adams recommendations called Wolfnights. Once again Adam did not disappoint. After an amazing burger we headed to the district of Florentin where we ran into an unavoidable detour to grab a second Chocolate syringe.
After finishing our chocolate, we explored Florentin finding an amazing pub district that varied from Whisky bars to Mexican food and tequila bars (Yes Aidan and Zac we will go). However after our long walk and knowledge of our early wake up we weren't in the mood for drinks and headed home without wetting our beaks.
This was probably the first time I was home by midnight on this trip so far. Knowing how I get without sleep and that we were heading to Jerusalem early the next morning I was out like a light within the hour
