Today has been a much better day!!! we woke up feeling a million times better, and the sun was shining again (much better than the torrential rain we experienced yesterday!!) which of course lifted our moods! we decided to check out the city and so set off on our travels, until we came across a huge shopping mall!! of course we couldnt resist and had to go inside! once inside we found a pet shop that sold kittens and puppies and were in there for what seemed like...

After a very long and tiring journey we have finally arrived in Cairns!! we arrived at 8am and were told we couldn't check into our dorm until 12pm - not a good start as we were both so tired and just wanted to go to bed!! but nevertheless, we carried on and ventured over to a neaby hostel that some friends we'd met in Asia were staying in and hung out there for a while! a few hours later we were back at our hotel and tucked up in bed for the afternoon!! ...
