We left Waitomo at 9am this morning, and drove down to Marokopa Falls, which is basically just a huge waterfall!! We stood there for ages getting soaked, whilst we had a huge droup photo :) After that we went to a natural bridge, which had been formed by the fast flowing river water. Our next stop was back in Waitomo, where we went to the Black Water Rafting Cafe and had the nicest hot chocolates ever - even the spoon was covered in chocolate!!!! We drove for 3 h...

We had a pretty straight run to Waitomo this morning, with only one stop at a supermarket for lunch. We arrived around 2pm, and checked into Kiwi Paka YHA, which is very nice, we even have our own room!! So exciting!! :D In the afternoon we went on a trip to the Waitomo Gloworm Caves, which was really cool. Phew this place smells bad!!! We are in Rotorua, which is famous for its geothermal activity, such as geysers and bubbling mud pools!! We left Mercury Bay too early this morning at 7.30am, and stopped in a little town for hot chocolate and cakes!! (its all we do these days!) Then we drove for a bit more until we reached Karangahake Scenic Reserve. Here we went on some crazy walks along railway tracks through pitch black caves, and over swing bridges!! All of that...

We started our Kiwi Experience bright and early at 8.30am this morning, and we got on the bus to find Linette and Lisbeth, our danish friends from Oz!! So we set off and made a stop at the kiwi office to get our tickets, before heading up Mount Eden for views over the whole of Auckland!! We drove for quite a few hours, and then stopped in a little town called Thames, in the Corromandel Peninsula, for lunch (we found a bakery so we were quite happy!!) That evening...
