Well it's only a few days before departure day now and my second last day of work. Things have been relatively quiet since we moved to Whitton, but now things are getting frantic again while we pick up the last few things we need and start saying farewell to people.

On the weekend we did a bit of a crawl around the old pubs of the Soho - Theatreland area in London. Was great fun! But as usual I overdid it slightly and ended up with a nasty cold for this last week - not so much fun. Ah well, hopefully it will be all gone by monday.

On Monday morning we will take our backpacks and head to Hammersmith to meet up with the truck and the group... and say goodbye to the UK. *sniff*... Will be very sad but we will be glad to be on our way!

We've purchased a small netbook so we should be able to keep a bit more connected on the journey - and find the interesting places we can get wireless access...
