And on the 146th day since we left the UK, we are finally home :)

We arrived at Coolangatta airport at 7:30am local time and got through customs pretty quickly. Our families took us to Kirra surf club for breakfast, and then we headed to my parents place for lunch. Lots of catching up to be done!

Epilogue..

Since then we've eaten Red Rooster, bought jeans, some work clothes and had a look at our house for the first time (only from the outside). It's good to be home, but since we've spent so long seeing new places, being in a familiar place means that it almost feels like we never left! We miss the truck but at the same time it's nice to have home comforts back again too :)
