Lion King.

We headed back to the hairdressers for Mae's rearranged appointment for midday. The hair cut and colour took 3 hours and during this time I managed to spend half of it stuck in traffic and the other half trying in vain to find a second hand book shop which would buy our books. Afterwards we went back to the Hostel to relax by the pool until it was time to head out to the show. The Lion King production was amazing, the costumes are phenomenal and they manage to completely capture the different ways in which the animals move. Although we were not right at the front we felt that this in fact added to the production as it meant we had a much better overview of what was going on on-stage. It followed the film's story line extremely closely and included all our favourite songs, which Mae just about managed not to sing along to!! The show ended at 11 so we grabbed a bite to eat, and being quite tired we went back to the hostel for wine, more cheesecake and bed.
