Police Harassment!!

After being told the night before to stay over at Walmarts, 9am comes round and a policeman decides to wake us up 'to see if we're ok'!! This was our 2nd run in with the law in less than 8 hours, the rest of the day we proceeded to be followed 4 times and pulled over once more for speeding! Allegedly we had been caught doing 53 in a 35 and yet we had just that minute pulled out of a carpark...! Each time it was Andy driving and I remember from the UK that he got pulled over frequently for no reason and it seems to have followed him here. We're thinking of filing a claim for harassment if it continues as it seems as if the police hound people not from the area, waiting for them to make a mistake so they can book them!
While I'm having a rant and as we didn't do much else apart from drive, I'm going to complain about the toilets in America!!! Apart from being an odd shape they either scare you to death as they flush themselves (1st time this happened I smacked my elbow on the toilet roll holder as I jumped!) or have such pathetically small handles that its hard to get them to flush at all!! The other issue I have is that the doors have 3/4" gaps either side of them!! So its easy to tell if the toilet is occupied as you can see the poor person sitting there! Good in a way as the locks are so crap that there is no indicator on them, they are so small a gentle shove will open the door anyway and thats just the ones that work!! Andy has a rant to add in that the mens toilets only seem to have paper towels and no dryers yet strangely most of the womens ones have both!! Finally the Americans are far too obsessed with cleanliness...there is antibacterial hand foam, disposable toilet seat covers (some are on a reel you have no choice but to use as its motion sensor activated) and shopping cart sanitisers everywhere you go!! No wonder they're all allergic to everything!!

That night we found another Walmart carpark to stay in Buffalo.
