Wow! Wat a place! Awesome and what a bargain! turn up without any hostel booked and manage to secure ourselves a perfect hostel/hotel right on the beach, own restaurant, bar, and best of all, we had a twin bedded beach hut!! On the beach!! Result! Mira Mare Resort. Best thing since sliced bread! It even had its own massage lot on the beach! Spent the next day on the beach of course! Lapping up the beautiful sun and surroundings! hadn't been to a proper beach like this for a while! Made good friends with the massage ladies and one of their daughters called Lily. Saw some jellyfish, booked another moped for our next road trip, had a henna done. The restaurant next door to our place every evening had a big display of fresh fish in a boat for you to choose from. We checked it out n they even had shark! There was shark, salmon, barracuda, prawns, red snapper the lot!Our second moped trip in Thailand helped us see the whole island in 6 hours! Ko Samui isn't that big! But very pretty. Went to find the Buddha's footprint but it must have been a midget one cause we couldn't find it! Then onto something called the grandparent rocks - this was basically rocks in the shape of a mans privates then a rock in the shape of a women's privates. It was very funny and actually very real! Lol. Plus we did laugh at the amount of tourists that it attracted - it's the little things that makes people laugh eh!Friday we went off on a snorkelling trip to a place called Ko Tao and Nyang Yang - the best places to snorkel in Thailand. Was wicked saw loads of fish, kittle ones big ones all sorts of coral really good visibility. Met with a women from Perth called Debbie and she spent the day with us - she was nice. A very good source cause we were firing questions at her all trip about Perth! She gave us her details to n said if we needed to stay - sorted!!Saturday was a busy one - we were on a bus from 8.30am till 6.30pm travelling to Phuket. This was a mix of ferry and bus and was actually real cool. Saw lots this time as we travelled in daylight. Our new hostel - Sawsadee Hotel! It was a hotel but b***** me it was cheap!So whets the first thing people say bout Phuket?? Did you go to Banglor Road and check out all the lady boys there!! And this is exactly what we did! Oh my days they were funny! And some of them so pretty - nearly as pretty as me!! Only messing!
