With nothing much to do other than getting up super early to hike (soooo not my thing!) there was no reason not to indulge in a manicure & pedicure for the princely sum of $13.

After a spot of wandering to the scary boarded up bank we headed to the Art Cafe & Creperie a little out of town. A little french haven & the place was soon full before noon which is pretty much unheard of in Latin America. Enjoyed the menu du jour (pate,filet of pork & profiteroles), especially pudding ;).

Then it was time to go horse riding which first involved a hike in the baking heat. Perhaps I shouldn't have indulged in so much yummy French cuisine.

Followed by dinner with a spot of chess.
