Late afternoon brought a trip on the 1925 vehicular up Cerro San Cristobal. Hmmmmm very long Disney queue for a short, rickety ride. Wonderful views above the smog of Santiago. Treked up to La Virgen de La Concepcion.

Hmmmmm walk down was interesting. 35 minutes on scary, loose dirt paths which seemed to zig zag forever.

Have definitely walked my way into getting to know Santiago. Really enjoyed it here. Would love to come back but with more money to enjoy some of the gorgeous cafe culture that is beyond my traveller's budget.
