Today was the day of our 10 hour tour floating market, bridge over the river Kwai and tiger temple. The morning did not get off to a good start, it nearly didnt start at all since somebody for got to set the alarm for the right day. We were meant to be up for 7am but we were both in bed when the phone started ringing and thought nooo....surely not....it cant be them......but yes it was!
After the 10 minute rush, we had time to catch up on our sleep in the long bus journey. Il be brief.....
FLOATING MARKET- was good to see, but I felt sorry for the our driver we were in a long paddle boat and the old woman must have been about 70 given the heave ho down the river.
Elephant trekking- yeah thats right it wasnt on the itinerary but we thought we would squeeze it in. absolutley brilliant.
Bridge over River Kwai, was good to say iv been there might watch the film when I get back.......maybe. I did meet a group of school travellers from thailand who hounded me so they could practice their english, again I think I was the butt of some mean thailand joke really, there was a lot of giggling and then one kid asked me if I knew mr bean.
Tiger temple- AWESOME! Still cant get over that I was just sitting watching louise tickle some giant tiger on the stomach like it was tyke! We got some great photos and will upload soon, we are having a bit of bother uploading photos because the photos are so big they are taking for ever.
Off to cambodia tommorrow we think

Steph At least you made it - Sounds great. You are crammimg plenty in. How are you fitting in the 18 hours sleep a day you usually have ? Elephant trekking must have been good. Look out Cambodia here you come !!

Katie Hey - reduce the mega pixel on your camera - if its high on 8mp the photos will take ages to upload. 3 or 4 would be ok to use. Then put it back up to 8 if you need a lot of detail. Sounds like you've learnt alot already - sleeping in... buying random clothes haha etc etc. When you's do your blogs can you put wheather lou or bob has wrote it. Keep well, have fun everyday x x x
