Well I found out where all the parents of the smoking teens are... not here! There is an international boarding school in town, so while these parents are paying good money, their kids are learning to smoke.

Friday Lucy and I walked to the closest school called Saint Denis and knocked on the door. We were taken to the principals office where we had to sit out in the hall until he was ready to see us. When we went in we explained our situation and learned that this is a boarding school with kids from around the world. Monsieur Minerau would be happy to place Lucy in french classes but she has to take an exam first. So Lucy is going tomorrow to see where she will place, and of course she is convinced she will be with the kindergarteners! We will let you know.
