Our final tour day saw us end up where it had all begun around a month ago. We headed to the Grand Palace to have a look around. However, because it was a Friday, it was closed most of the day as the Royal Family were in attendance for prayers. One word to sum up the first couple of days......TIRED!!!! After 2 long haul flights & a 2 hour stop over in Mumbai we had finally arrived in Bangkok. We caught the express train & the Metro system to our hotel, which thankfully was right outside the Metro station. A swimming pool, 2 bars and a restaurant....not bad for 15 pounds.
