This morning's committee meeting decided that it would be much pleasanter to stay here another night than to ignore the strong wind warning and do battle at North Foreland.

So it was a leisurely cooked breakfast and a few little boat jobs, before relaxing and admiring the views.

Drinks and a snack at the marina clubhouse, then the three of us had a nice stroll along the bank of the creek to where it enters the Swale. Low(-ish) water and little more than trickle between the withies. 'You mean White Satin came through there?!' Dunno said Rog, had my eyes shut.....See photos.

Spaghetti carbonara on the menu this evening, (then another visit to the Ship Inn I expect).
