03/12/2009 - Me and tom were very hungover this morning when we woke up but luckily my mum has instilled being organised in me so we had already done all our packing the night before.We got the bus to the transit center and waited for the oz experience bus, when it pulled up our first driver we had called Squirtle was driving it and he recognized us all. He said we were moving very fast as he had managed to go up and down the coast and was now on his way back up!! The drive to Brisbane or Brissy as they call it was only an hour from surfers which was good for our hangovers. We were the first to get dropped off at our hostel Bunk. We put our stuff in our 4 bed dorm then went for a walk into the city center to the shops as kim and al needed to buy a new camera. He also bought some new jeans too because he left his new tight skinny ones behind in surfers. They went back to the hostel and me and tom stayed in town so that i could give my mum a call and wish her a happy birthday!! I rung a little early and woke them all up back home. It was nice to speak to my mum on her bday and i chatted to my bro and my dad which was good. After that we walked back to the hostel and went to the bar which was linked to the hostel and met up with kim and Al and there friends from back home. In the eve me, kim and tom chilled out in the bar watching people playing the competition games, it was well funny.

04/12/2009 - Day 2

In the morning we all chilled out by the pool and the jacuzzi taking funny photos and working on our tans. Then we met up with their friends again and the boys all decided to take part in the football tournament that the hostel was holding so us girls went along to watch. The winning team won 100 dollar bar tab and the losing 50 dollars. But there was only ten boys that took part so they all shared the tab between them when we got back to the hostel. We sat in the jacuzzi and the guy bought over us jugs of snake bite, thats the life! For dinner we all got 3 dollar steaks from the bar which were pretty good for 3 dollars! Cheap dinner. In the evening we went over to the other guys hostel and played drinking games with the goon (which is really cheap wine in bags) and then went back to the bar at our hostel. It was a really good night and everyone was very drunk!

05/12/2009 - Day 3

I had the worst hangover in the world in the morning from the goon last night. I had arranged to go out with some of the girls we met last night into the cit y for some coffee but i literally couldn't move from my bed! I went downstairs to see them and say sorry and when they saw the state of me they were like 'no worries, stay in bed!!' So i spent the day nursing my hangover whilst tom uploaded all our photos onto facebook. In the evening we met up with al's mates and the girls and we all went for a Chinese in Chinatown. It wasn't the best chinese in the world but it did wonders for my hangover and it was cool to chill out with everyone. We were going to have a film night after but everyone was really tired so we just chilled at the hostel then went to bed. Im never having goon again!

06/12/2009 - Day 4

I got up early in the morning to skype the fams, then tom skyped his family after which was nice so we all had a good catch up. Just before lunch the boys came over and we all went down to the lagoon on the river as it was a really hot day. When we got there it was very busy because being a Sunday all the locals were there too. We chilled out there for a few hours but it was too hot so we got back on the bus and came back to the hostel. In the evening we went to the guys hostel again to start the night off with drinking games then came back to our hostel bar. The girls had been to a festival so had body paint on them and they painted us all up, it was a really funny night.
