To top off the weekend, late Sunday afternoon we headed across the river to the Royal Botanical Gardens, which are over 160 years old.
The gardens are home to some very colourful and interesting plants, including Birds of Paradise flowers.
The gardens are right next to the city but once in them its such a different world, so peaceful and green and beautiful.
Derinda and Carole and Andria - going around I couldn't help but imagine the arrangements we could create!
