June 22: Day 48:
There was even a part called the 150 metres of boulders. It felt more like 10 kilometres because some of them were about the size of buses. But we finally got to the end or at least what we thought was the end because it was 2 numbers short of where we wanted to be. Then we realised we had to climb a waterfall and mum didn’t want us to do it because of Stu. So mum stayed behind with Stu while Dad, Lil, Cam and I finished the rest of the walk. It didn’t take long (because there were no boulders) but when we arrived we were amazed to find an extremely pretty waterfall. So Lily, Cam and I had a quick swim but it was just a bit chilly and quite a few people had decided to climb the waterfall. Also to our amazement Lily found a little snake lying next to the waterfall. We didn’t want to keep Mum and Stu waiting and we also didn’t want to loose sunlight! We quickly hurried back to the car but it still took a good 2 hours. It was night by the time we got home but we were all so tired. So dinner was done in the blink of an eye and everyone knocked out once they touched their pillow.
