June 21: Day 47:
Today was a short 51 kilometre drive from our Home Valley Station campground spot to a place called El Qeustro. Us Whalos say this place is what marks the end of the Gibb River Road. We got to our campground at 10:30 (our earliest arrival time yet) and had a long rest day. When afternoon was upon us we went down into a Creek were Cam and I made a dam and a little while later with 4 other boys. We were wet and cold until we went to go have a shower, these showers reminded me of home. They were probably the best showers in the Kimberley so far. Another day had come to an end and that meant it was time for a long, enjoyable sleep.
