My final blog post!
Things I love about Ghana...and the things I will miss the most!
The people; warm, friendly, happy, smiley, the most welcoming people on the planet!
The gorgeous children; I'm going to miss hearing 'Nasara! Nasaraaaaaaaaaaaaaa!' on a daily basis!
The beautiful bright and vibrant colours that show off at every moment of daily life in Ghana.
The way of life; peaceful, relaxed, happy
The landscapes, whether bright green during rainy season or dusty orange in the hot season, the views around Zebilla were just stunning
The work of World Vision, one INGO doing the best possible job you could imagine and impacting on so many children, families and communities lives in a long-lasting way.
The butterflies and the birds; I've never seen so many exotic and beautiful species of bird and butterfly simply on my way to work!
The food; Fufu and light soup, and Red Red, currently my favourite foods in the whole world! (Except for chocolate!).
The smiles, every-where you look, people smiling their kilo-watt smiles
The marriage proposals and daily declarations of love (!)
With love from beautiful Ghana 'my happy home',
Em
Xx
