After a 12 hour bus ride we arrived in Ciudad Bolivar, with no time to waste we were in a taxi to the airport where our plane was waiting for us. The planes only had 5 seats so the group had 2 planes. After completing all the formalities we were up in the air en route to Canaima here we would stay the night before an early trek the next morning. With half day to kill the group did another tour of some waterfalls and even walking behind them. The day was fun and tiring as we had only just come off our Roraima Trek.

Stevie and I shared a room with Sam and Maria.

We finished the night by packing our day bags with stuff for the trek.......
