Another early start to do a morning game drive - as well as seeing most things we'd seen yesterday we saw two lions at a distance - one which was resting under a tree whilst his friend seemed to be having a stroll. Left outskirts of Nairobi at 0715 arriving at gates to Masai Mara at 1400 hours having bumped our way across 90kms of dirt road for the last 2+ hours. First game drive and we lucked in with 1000s of Gnu thanks to an early migration by the wildebeest due to climate change impact on the rainy season in East Africa.
