We were up at 0500 for an 0600 start. Today was a full day game drive in Nakuru National Park and it was amazing. Today we started with a hippo cruise on Lake Naivasha - awesome. We saw 3 families of hippo - 4, 10 and 20. The second two families were resting their heads above water - either on a small island or on each other. We also saw many different birds - apparently there are more than 300 species around the lake.
