Day 69: Sarina to Yeppoon

The highlight of today is that Micaela's tooth came out. The tooth fairy gets to visit the caravan for the second time this trip, the first time was for Ethan. Poor Brandon, he still hasn't lost a tooth and waits in anticipation for the day he does.

Our day was otherwise uneventful. The navman tried yet again to take us along the completely wrong path but we ignored it and only followed it when we had absolutely no idea of where to go. Sometimes you just can't beat a good old fashioned printed map.

We are staying at Big4 Capricorn Palms Holiday Village. It's a really nice park and has really good facilities for the kids including a jumping pillow, playground and big water slide.

The kids made a bee line for the water slide as soon as we arrived and there they made some friends. We didn't see them for the rest of the afternoon then as they met up with their new friends at the playground after the water slide shut down at 4pm. This gave Darren and I some rare time alone.

Tomorrow we are going to explore the area a little.
