This morning's breakfast was equally as good as the first. The sun was warm and we really felt like celebrities ourself staying here. Today we were to check out and move down the road to their sister hotel, Kirini Suites & Spa. The transition was effortless. Very similar, just more steps and less pool staff.
Relaxing by the pool again this afternoon. It's hard to really understand how good our location is. We didn't want to move. It almost didn't feel real. You'd look out to the caldera and because everything was still, you'd think it was a picture.
We organised with this manager to hire a quad bike for the next two days and she also confirmed our reservation for the following hotel. We stayed for dinner at this hotel because it's easy instead of moving and the menu looked great. The tables were around the pool with pretty lanterns for decoration. the mood was set.
We shared a bottle of white wine which tasted light and fruity. Complimentary appetiser from the chef - a prawn wrapped in angel hair pasta with yummy sauces presented on a piece of slate. Very effective. What a shame I had to eat both (Sean's shell fish allergy). Mains, I the lamb rack and Sean the sea bass. Dessert, can you believe we shared the cheese plate?! It was great. Even though it did momentarily get served to the table next to us.

Jane The prawn and angel hair sounds sumptuous. Maybe at home you/we can make sea bass wrapped in angel hair pasta! Yum. xxx
Jane P.S. Can't believe Sean went for the fish and not the lamb. Even more unbelievable was that Sean shared the cheese. The man who doesn't like sharing his food! xxx
