After getting up, we headed to Agroventures (sort of a country theme park)... and a bit s***! Rather than pay money to do anything, most of us just watched a few people Zorb down a hill... entertaining enough!!

After this we headed towards Waitomo with a couple of stops in between. At Waitomo (in the middle of nowhere!) we checked in at the KiwiPaka, a pretty cool hostel WITHOUT bunkbeds!!! Wow! The afternoon was filed by a giant game of football on a pitch opposite the hostel, with some outrageous goalscoring by Andy "Nine Iron" Bruce. After a cheecky bit of rugby to finish the activities off, we were all too knackered for much else.

That evening we went to the only pub in town (Curly's Bar) for a BBQ whilst watching some Super 15 rugby on the tele.
