Day one completed and it was suppose to be the easiest, but it HURT!!! Climbed 20km up big hill, which was really hard work, feeling pretty annoyed with myself as I know I haven't done enough training!!

Had a bad start.... 30 mins in we had a pretty bad accident, chris's handle bars went funny and he had to change direction quickly, which meant another girl had to move, but couldn't move so went over the handlebars at quick pace down hill....gash to head etc, so everyone was shakin up. All ok now.

Dinner tonight in place we are staying. Roads are very busy!!

Aching a little tonight, tomorrow is going to be hard so I'm panicking!

We have a "love bus" If u are struggling u can get on it!!! Haven't today, but think i may have to! Time will tell!!
