11.35am stop for lunch, mossie heaven here!! We are all getting bitten alive!! Had a good ride today, only 50km. Rain stopped as we left hotel, and had a dry ride, last 3km it started spitting, but thankfully not pouring.

Lunch then that's it for today, the remainder of the road is too dangerous to go along so another early finish :o(

Lunch was good, back on bus again. There was a shop at lunch stop, so we all bought a packet of crisps!! So good!!! Got some sweets too, so enjoying a sugar boost on the bus!

iPod off again this afternoon, my taste in music is getting slagged!! Rubbish!! They are all into jungle and weird stuff!! Haha

So, every morning we are put through a rigorous warm up session by mr Chung.....at this point on the trip, it's hurting to say the least!! This morning we got a treat, and he added in a massage circle!!! Very well receive indeed!! The only thing with the warm up is that it attracts a lot of attention!!! Locals and hoteliers taking photos of us!!! Haha, it's hilarious!!
