Arrived in son la tonight at 6pm after 121km on the bikes!! Left the hotel this morning at 7.30am! It's been a long hard day, but the views have been absolutely spectacular!!! Weather today was far too hot, with sun out all day, temperatures reaching 36degC!!!!

Really tired and bum is a bit sore after 3 days on the bikes! The locals are all so friendly, shouting and waving as we cycle past! The kids love us and always run down to the road to slap our hands. We gave them balloons today, they were so happy!!

So hard work but I am so happy that doing this, actually quite proud of myself for doing this, and I'm sure Granny would be too!!

The lead guy is very hot!! Hotter, slimmer version of vin diesel and a really nice guy too!! Met some really cool people and there are some really nice people here on their own too!

Had a great night last night in last hotel, it was a tea plantations annual night out, so all the locals were very drunk and invited us to join them! We were pulled to the stage to sing, dance and drink their coconut wine....what an experience! We were all shouting and were given roses so were waving them about!!

Foo last night was beat we have has since arriving, even got noodles, but had a bit of a dodgy stomach today....2 ammonium later and fighting fit again!! Don't have a tan and still fat :o(

I had hoped their would be a fat unfit novel person, but unfortunately I'm that person!!

First 2 casualties today to the "love bus"...we were all struggling due to the heat, I'm happy to say I soldiered on!

Hotel tonight is really nice, have a double bed which will be nice, and a bath!!!

Hope all well at home, would say I miss u all, but I'm having a great time, and too exhausted to think about u all!! I feel like I've been away for months!!
