Bungle Bungles Caravan Park on Mabel Station 15/7/15

Stayed the night here just off the Great Northern Highway. Packed to the rafters with vans in powered and unpowered sites as they mostly can't negotiate the rough road into the actual Bungle Bungles , so opt to take a tour in or unhitch and self drive. We were directed to the overflow area on Spring Creek which was a great spot with open air corrugated iron clad showers and toilets but provided very hot showers whilst bathing beneath the starry sky.
